Wonderful stay!
comfortable rooms
The location is great. The staff was very friendly and cute. The rooms were large and comfortable. I slept very well on the orthopedic beds and pillows. I appreciated the stylish carafe in the room and the filtered water available in the corridors.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
noisy dining roomunbelievable policy
The dining experience was really disappointing. The dining room seemed like a noisy works canteen with no ambiance. Plates were whisked away as soon as we finished. I also thought the hotel policy of charging extra for water or coffee at lunch and dinner was unbelievable for a hotel claiming to be four-star.

the hotel really shines with its amazing staff! chef ana is a total superstar. i especially remember her smile and how much she loved her job, so amazing! the hotel also provided me with a beautiful, clean room that had a wonderful sea view. this definitely added to my enjoyment!
the late check-in policy at 4 pm is really inconvenient. i found the food quality didnt meet the 4-star expectations. i was hoping for more variety and quality, i gotta say! the buffet seemed like it was cleared super early, like 45 minutes before closing.

the breakfast was acceptable, and i found something to eat.
My check-in was not good, specifically regarding the timing. I could not access my room until 4 pm. also, the food did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. the variety was limited, more like a three-star hotel, and the buffet closed approximately 45 minutes early.
